tenacity and twist. According to the various specifications on worldwide market, Maw Chawg team has engineered the assignments as below.

Second step - Dyeing Development
Firstly, our lab development proceeds the process of color shade, we assure that the tinges do not discolor and the duration in
the dyeing procedure. Additionally, the lab development always uses the same base and raw materials from start to finish that t
he chrominance could be averted completely.
Our products have been passed through a testing for harmful substances (dyestuff AZO, carcinogen MakIII amine A1 and A2) according to Oeko -Tex certificate of International Association for Research and Testing in the Field of Textile Ecology.

Third step - Machinery and Production process
Facility details
Maw Chawg imports the covering yarn machines from Japan, Korea, and Italy that not only can produce single and double
covering yarn but the TPM can reach 3000 T/M and 220 spindles. Spindle is made of steel which can prevent heating, also it
could be divided into A and B type. The application of B type is for spun yarn.（15 : 12D、20 : 30D）Avoiding yarn get stuck
in machines, we use long paper bobbin with wide outer diameter to twist yarn.

Production process
Maw Chawg provides the best qualified products to customers as the first priority, our team would specialize in managing the production lines and our QC engineer would have a final check with each cone in shades, strength and tension; besides, the torque of balbriggan and tatting fabrics can be out.
