The steps of RE-PET- Cleaning → Cutting → Melting → PPT → Spinning → Weaving. In addition, the PET yarn joins the colors during melting which omits the dyeing process and economizes a margin of water and chemical products. PET yarn not only provides the character being more advantageous but also bears the functions with sunlight fastness, washing fastness and solid fastness. |
